Flora Galyan

Flora Galyan, age 89, of Mooresville, passed away Friday, April 18, 2014. Born February 20, 1925, in Rockcastle County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Emmet and Maggie (Mink) Bustle. Her husband, Kenny Galyan preceded her in death in March of 2013. Her brother, Earmon Bustle and her sister, Flonnie Conover also preceded her in death.
Flora loved to sew and also loved various crafts including making Christmas ornaments.
Survivors include her children: Don Galyan, Steve Galyan and Carolyn Kasserman; her sisters: Geneva Anderson and Delores Bedwell; her seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, with burial at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood, IN. Friends may call from 12:00 noon on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
