Patricia Irene (Schrader) Hinson

94, of Gasburg, died on September 22, 2018 in Mooresville, Indiana. She was born July 24, 1924 to Noah Ernest Schrader and Hazel Inez (Kivett) Schrader in Monrovia, Indiana and for 71 years wife of Bobbie Jean Hinson, all who proceeded her in death.

She is survived by a son, Stephen Hinson (Venie), two grandchildren Angela Bowman (Scott) and Donna Hinson; 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grand child.

Patty attended Monrovia Schools, graduated in 1942 and was on the basketball cheerleading squad. Between 1943 and 1947 she worked at the Indianapolis rail yards and Indianapolis Police Department as a clerk. In the late 1960’s she worked for the Indiana State Police. During the early 1960’s she was Children’s Sunday School Superintendent and Deaconess at the Monrovia Christian Church.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday September 29th at 3:00pm in Stilesville Cemetery.
