Amy Welch

Amy Welch, 51, of Martinsville, passed away on July 10th, 2022 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Born on December 30th, 1970 to Bruce and Lois Cooley in Beech Grove, Indiana. Amy embraced that December birthday and made it her own.

Graduating from Manual High School in Indianapolis, Amy spent much of her life raising three sons. After marrying Bobby Welch on May 6th, 2012, she spent time working as a bank teller for Citizen’s Bank.

Amy’s real passion was her family. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, volunteering any chance she could to help raise her grandchildren. Also, an animal lover, they would keep her company as she watched Hallmark and Lifetime channel holiday movies. Once the season started, they would be on every evening for her to enjoy.

Amy is preceded in death by her parents, Bruce and Lois Cooley and her son, Jared Schulz.

She is survived by her husband Bobby Welch; sons Bobby Lee Welch and Joshua Goble (Samantha); sister Gina Staab (Steve), and grandchildren Kylie – Ann, Jayden, Joshua Jr, and Alania Goble.
