Cathi Sue Engle Brown

61, of Greenwood, passed away on November 30, 2018 at home, surrounded by her family. Cathi was born on March 16, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Carol E. Engle and Martha L. Hutson Engle.

Cathi worked in administration at Methodist Hospital for 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, grocery shopping, cooking, reading and playing euchre and had a soft spot in her heart for animals. Her outgoing, bubbly personality and great sense of humor will be missed by all.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband; Byron Brown, son; Brandon (Crystal) Brown, daughters; Samantha Shoemaker (Codey Fauber), Kami (Daniel) Ross, Keesha Brown, 7 grandchildren, her Aunt Carolyn Voris, who was like a second mother, cousins Brian and Craig Voris who were like brothers to her and many extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 4-7pm at Carlisle- Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with Funeral services Thursday at 7pm in the funeral home. Cremation will follow the services and she will be laid to rest at Gosport Cemetery at a later date.

While flowers are welcomed, memorial contributions may be made to the Johnson County Humane Society, 3827 Graham Rd, Franklin, IN 46131.
