Charles C. Lee, 58, Mooresville, died February 13, 2015. Charlie was born May 27, 1956, in Martinsville, to the late William Lee and Virginia (Lynn) Byrd.

He graduated from Casey County (KY) High School and proudly served in the United States Marine Corp. Charlie was a very talented mechanic. He had been employed at Denver’s Automotive Repair, Hoosier Cartage & Transfer, C&D Automotive and at Nancy’s Auto Value in Monrovia. Charlie always enjoyed having a German Shepherd as a loyal companion, including his most recent canine friend, Dog.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Lee and Donnie Lee.

Survivors include two brothers, Clifton Lee of Martinsville and Denver Lee of Mooresville; a host of nieces, nephews, and many cousins.

Friends and family will gather on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, 6 to 8 p.m., in the chapel at
Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. A brief memorial service will begin at 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
