Christine Dawn Potter

March 16, 1969 — May 18, 2019

Christine Dawn (Savage) Potter 50, of Mooresville passed away on May 18, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. Christine was born on March 16, 1969 in Ft. Riley, KS to the late Edward Savage and Sue (Hadley) Savage, who survives.

Christine had a passion for children and helping others, so being a teacher at Learn-a-Lot Christian Preschool was a perfect fit for her. She worked there from 1997 until 2015. She was also a member of the Monrovia High School Band Boosters.

In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her beloved dog, Nemo.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 25 years, Gary Potter; her children Amanda McClain and husband Matthew, Michael Potter; her mother Sue Savage; her brother Edward William Savage II and wife, Andrea; In-laws Gary Potter Senior and wife Cassie; Sister-in-law, Kelly Pridgeon and husband, Jay; along with 4 nephews, 2 nieces, 4 great-nephews, and 3 great-nieces, and her cats Ralph and Chester.

According to her wishes, she will be cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. Final arrangements and cremation are entrusted to Carlisle- Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, IN.
