David R. Dudley
79 of Mooresville, passed away on April 11, 2022 at home, surrounded by his family. David was born on October 23, 1942 in Paris, Illinois to the late Harry Dudley and Leora (Davis) Dudley.

David was an over the road truck driver for McClean Trucking and Consolidated Freight for many years, before retiring in 1998. He was a member of the Waverly United Methodist Church, Mooresville Senior Center and Teamsters Local #135. He enjoyed spending time with his family and also playing the slots and Blackjack at the Indiana Live Casino in Shelbyville, where he enjoyed V.I.P status.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Jean Dudley and a brother, Stan Dudley.

He is survived by his sons, Keith Dudley, Keith Owens; daughters Martha Owens, Jody Whitman, Diana Andrews, Brenda Dudley, Robbi Bakemeier; brother Larry Dudley; 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, with another one on the way.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 16th from 12-2pm at Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with services beginning at 2pm Saturday in the funeral home. Burial will follow the services in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville.
