Donald Lee Brock

September 4, 1931 — March 18, 2014

Donald Lee “Don” Brock, 82, lifelong Morgan County resident, died March 18, 2014. Don was born September 4, 1931, in Centerton, to the late Lee Otho and Geneva Earnestine (Housand) Brock.

He graduated from Martinsville High School and was a truck driver for many years. Don worked for Lawyer Trucking for 15 years, Milhon for three years, and retired from Trailmobile after 15 years of employment in September 1993. He was a member of the Brooklyn Masonic Lodge #471. Don will be missed by his loving family and many friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Mark Wayne Brock and Bruce Lee Brock; one brother, Jack W. Brock.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy A. (Moore) Brock, to whom he was united in marriage April 14, 1951; daughters, Pamela Jo McIntyre (Larry) of Avon and Teresa Lynn Blankenship of Speedway; sisters, Darlene Record and Jane Wininger, both of Mooresville.

Friends and family will gather on Thursday, March 20, 2014, 4 to 8 p.m., in the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. The graveside service will begin at 11 a.m., Friday, March 21, 2014, in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville. Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
