Ellen “Jeannette” Payne

73, of Brownsburg, passed away on January 3, 2018 Hendricks Regional Health in Danville. Jeannette was born on October 15, 1945 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Max Draper and June (Willsey) McNulty.

Jeannette retired from Eli Lilly & Company after over 30 years of service. In her retirement, she enjoyed traveling around the world. Although, she enjoyed each destination she visited, it was Paris, France that was her favorite destination, as she visited there several times over the years. Additionally, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, working in her garden and bird watching.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Shawn Payne, Aaron Payne (Jill), Adrian Payne (Angie); brother, Gary Draper; sister, Caren Taylor; nieces, Shannon, Evie and 3 grandchildren, Anna, Alan and Jessica.

Services are private.
