Lillian Mae Depew

Lillian Mae Depew, 89, of Mooresville, passed away December 30, 2020. Lillian was born March 4, 1931 in Scottsville, Kentucky, to the late OLL and Fannie (Owens) Carter.
Lillian worked at General Shale as a hacker; she was a tough woman working for 27 years retiring in 1996. She was a long time member of Good Shepard Baptist Church. Lillian enjoyed gardening and traveling. She is going to be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Depew, Jr.; son, Michael Depew; sisters, Louse Longuston and Shirley Fugate.

Survivors include her son Clark H. (Betty) Depew; grandchildren, Joseph (Linda) Depew, Dakota Vorhies, and Crystal Depew; and 1 great grandchild.

Friends and family will gather to remember the life of Lillian Mae Depew on Monday, January 4, 2021, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory: 39 E. High Street, Mooresville, Indiana 46158. The funeral service will be on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at 1 p.m. The funeral will be live streamed by visiting Carlisle - Branson Facebook page for all guest to watch. All guests attending visitation and/or service will be required to wear a mask at all times in an effort to promote a safe environment. Burial will follow at the Mooresville Cemetery.
