Orval G. Moore

Orval G. Moore, 81, Brownsburg, died November 20, 2012, in Hendricks Regional Health. Mr. Moore was born March 19, 1931, in Fall Branch, Tennessee, to the late Azzie and Rosie (Roberts) Moore.

He graduated from Arsenal Technical High School and was a dedicated employee at Bridgeport Brass for 40 years, retiring in 1992. Mr. Moore enjoyed fishing, golfing, and traveling. He also liked to eat at various favorite restaurants.

Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his wife, Camille (Beattie) Moore; one daughter, Janice Ward; brothers, Milford and Louie Moore; sisters, Ada Jones and Valerie Huhlman.

Survivors include his sons, Wayne Moore and Randy Moore, both of Brownsburg; sister, Merline Parks of Mooresville; one granddaughter, Ashley Ward of Washington.

The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m., Saturday, November 24, 2012, in the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, November 23, 2012.
