Sara A. Grass

Sara A. Grass, 92, just went on to her new life in heaven.

She was born at home to Webb and Erschel Ray in Union Township, Johnson County. She was the widow of Clyde Grass Jr. Their children who survive, are Dan (Cindy), Julia (Tucker) and Jim; 5 Grandchildren; and 2 Great Grandchildren.

Clyde and Sara managed Southlake Beachclub for 25 years. She worked various jobs to help support her family including office work at Camp Atterbury before and after WWII.
She was a member at Mt Gilead Church and volunteered weekly at Riley Children's Hospital for 8 years. Hobbies included sewing, painting and plants. She loved to laugh and enjoyed being with her family and friends.
