Sherrie was a hard worker and used her skills in a variety of ways, weather it was working on the farm, or being a cashier, or owning a maid service to finally working for over 25 years as a server in Nashville, IN, first at the Abe Martin Lodge before moving on the Brown County Inn. Sherrie completely enjoyed working at the Brown County Inn. She was a people person and loved her customers.

Sherrie enjoyed spending time with her loved ones. She enjoyed any time she got to spend with her great nieces and nephews. Sherrie couldn't contain her love and affection for her only grandchild, Evelyn. She loved the time they spent together at parks, going swimming, trips to the library and of course she was great at spoiling her.
