William Hubbard

Indianapolis – Bill Hubbard, 54, a long-time resident of Indianapolis, passed away on May 1st, 2022. Bill was born on August 06th, 1967 to Robert and Catherine Hubbard.

A graduate of Decatur High School, Bill was a long-time employee of AT&T, operating as a lineman, service technician, and installer. During this time, he met his devoted wife Debbie, while living briefly in Florida, before being married on February 11th, 1995.

Bill was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He would also discover, late in life, a joy in painting. He would always be there to repair things around the house or to watch his grandchildren, who he loved dearly.

Bill is preceded in death by his father Robert Hubbard and son Tyler Phillips.

Bill is survived by his wife Debbie Hubbard, son Devin Hubbard, Andrew Phillips; daughter Brittany Fackina, mother Catherine (Brown) Hubbard; brother Robert Hubbard; sisters Kim Fertig (Keith), Dawn Hubbard, Lisa Littleton; and grandchildren Christian and Charlee Conder.

No formal services are to be observed at this time; a celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
