63, of Mooresville, passed away on March 20, 2021 at her home. Cynthia was born on July 8, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Margaret (Bunnell) Gibson and Charles Kinser.

Cynthia was a happy, positive person who always saw the best in everyone and in every situation. She loved her family unconditionally. She also enjoyed going to the river boats and gambling playing the slots as well as staying up to date on her Soaps, especially Y&R.

She is survived by her Fiancé of 29 years, James Soots; her sons Michael Moran, Charlie Moran; sisters Dawn Bain, Lisa Kinser; brother Ray Waterman; her grandchildren Jake, Nate, Kaleb, Caitlin and Kaylee.

According to Cynthia’s wishes, she will be cremated and family and friends will gather on Saturday, March 27th at 11am for her burial in White Lick Cemetery.

Final arrangements and cremation are entrusted to Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.
