Jack L. Roe

Jack L. Roe, 86 of Mooresville, passed away October 21, 2021. He was born February 27, 1935, to the late Marion V. Roe and Myrel E. Shepherdson.

After graduating from Decatur Central High School, Jack served 4 years in the Air Force. He spent 33 years as a Sheet Metal Craftsman, employed by the Local 20 Union.

Jack was an avid golfer who enjoyed traveling to Florida during the winter season and was a huge sports-fan that tried to catch every ballgame he could, which included many of his grandchildren’s. When not in Florida he spent his summer’s in Indiana with his family for reunions, barbeques and fourth of July celebrations.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 3 of his children: Shawn, Rex, and Debra; and his brother: Sonny Roe.

Left to cherish Jack’s memory are his children: Sherry Osborne (Lee) and Mark Roe (Tammy); his 9 grandchildren; his 14 great-grandchildren; and his siblings: Bill Roe (Suzie) and Cindy McVay.

His Funeral Service will be 11 AM Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory,
