Lucille Anna “Maude” Lundy
90, of Camby, passed away on May 7, 2022 at St Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. Maude was born on March 3, 1932 in Pattonsville, Virginia to the late John Quillen Bledsoe and Polly Jean (Robinette) Bledsoe.

Raised with a strong work ethic, Maude left school at a young age to help support her family. She worked for MacAfee Candy in Indianapolis, before working at General Shell at the Brickyard, jigging bricks and in housekeeping before retiring in 2000. She was a wonderful mother, who always made sure her children were taken care of. She was known for her cooking, especially her soup beans and cornbread, friend potatoes, chili, and vegetable soup. Her guilty pleasures were the occasional chocolate covered cherries and snuff.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee Lundy; siblings Junior, Oscar, George, Curt, and Nannie.

She is survived by her children Linda (Jeffrey) Gray, Larry (Karen) Lundy, Michael Lundy; sisters Mary Danner, Lula Dorris; grandchildren Jessica, Jacob, Travis; great grandchildren Caleb, Layla, Elizabeth, Penelope, Gunner; great-great grandchild Benny, and 8 step grandchildren, who all will miss her dearly.

Friends and family will gather to celebrate Maude’s life on Thursday, May 12th from 11am-1pm at Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with services beginning at 1pm Thursday in the funeral home. Entombment will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood, IN.
