Maxine Johnson

Maxine Johnson, 92, Mooresville, passed away December 23, 2020. Mrs. Johnson was born February 22, 1928, in Plainfield.

Maxine was a member the former Mooresville Church of God. She was a proud homemaker and enjoyed racing with her late husband, James.

She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 50 years, James E. Johnson; a son, Billy Johnson; daughter, Christine Clevenger.

Survivors include two daughters, Bonnie Louise Johnson and Barbara (Mike) Garrett; brother, Raymond Lopossa; sisters, Nancy (Don) Miley; Dixie (Bill) Miller; nine grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
