Randall L. “Randy” Marion, 85, Camby, passed away peacefully at home July 8, 2023.  Randy was born on May 1, 1938, in Rensselaer, to the late Delos and Martha (Smith) Marion.  He has been reunited with his beloved wife of 37 years, Joan Elizabeth (Everett) Marion, who died on May 19, 2023. 

Randy graduated from Goodland High School, Franklin College, and earned a Master’s Degree from Indiana University.  He proudly served in the Indiana National Guard and the United States Army.  Randy enjoyed a successful career in sales with Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield.  He was a private pilot and flying enthusiast, a member of the Goodland Masonic Lodge #445, and a special deputy with the Newton County Sheriff’s Department.  Randy was a faithful member of Mt. Gilead Church. 

Survivors include two daughters, Robin (James) Hart and Jolene (Jim) Porter; brothers, Breck (Grace) Marion and Kevin (Peg) Marion;
seven grandchildren, Caylee Smith (Michael), Kyle Hart (Jennifer), Brandon Hart (Michaela), Jacob Cook (Brooke), Evan Hart (Rachel), Julia Wegneg (Andrew) and Ryland Porter (Lindsay); nine great-grandchildren. 

Randy’s life will be remembered and honored in a private family only service.  Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.  Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.  Visit www.CarlisleBranson.com to share a favorite memory or to sign the online guest registry.
