Sheryl Kay Short
74 of Mooresville, passed away on January 26, 2022 at Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis. Sheryl was born on December 30, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Floyd J. Burgess and Opal Faccone.

Sheryl loved spending time with her family and friends, playing cards, playing movie trivia games, watching Turner Classic Movie Channel, especially Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers and Elvis movies. She was also strong in her faith and enjoyed attending Eternal Life Baptist Church. Even though at times she was challenged by technology, that didn’t keep her from enjoying Facebook to stay up with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by them.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son Sean Harrison; grandson Mitchell Harrison Turner; husbands Hubert D. Harrison, Richard Eugene Short; siblings Robin Faccone and Terry Burgess.

She is survived by her children, Lisa Nickerson, Shannon Harrison, Dana Harrison, Suzanne Holthouser, Michelle Edwards, James Harrison; brother Robby Faccone; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 12th at 2pm in Mooresville Cemetery.
