Shirley Lou (Bower) Orr

Shirley Lou (Bower) Orr, 84, passed away January 18, 2021. Shirley was born August 3, 1936 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late John H. and Helen (Carter) Bower.

Shirley graduated from Monrovia High School, class of 1954. Shirley worked for Indiana State Highway as a department manager. She also worked at Crestwood west as the building manager. Shirley was a Christian. She was an avid reader.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Clyde L. Atkins.

Survivors include her good friend, Jean Ellis.
